Update 21st July 11:00 AM: Along the lines of Soccer Physics or Tug the Table, Dunkers is one of those short-and-sweet games that's over before it's begun. Lucky for you it's now available for you to try out for free.
Head over to iTunes now to download your copy.

Where quick-to-play games are concerned some of them can just be a little boring. From the look of Dunkers however we may be experiencing play laced with a mixture of words you don't really mean and slapped hands.

Or rather, that's my experience from playing these sorts of games with people in the past. The short, swift gameplay means you have little time for error as you attempt to grab the ball before your opponent and dunk it in their hoop. Simple.

Of course, with arms that swing constantly it's just as easy for your opponent to snatch it out of your hands and best you so don't be cocky.

Dunkers releases this Thursday 21st for free on iOS, or you can purchase an IAP for £1.29/$1.99 to remove adverts. We'll let you know the moment it drops.

Five new games are launching today on Apple Arcade, the tech giant's $4.99-a-month subscription service. They include Chucklefish Games' INMOST, Stainless Games' ShockRods, Skybox Labs' Stela, Rogue Games' Mind Symphony, and Efecto+Rocket's Decoherence. All games will be available today on iOS 13, iPad OS, and tvOS, with Mac support to follow.

This latest batch follows last week's release of Redout: Space Assault, The Bradwell Conspiracy, Pilgrims, and Nightmare Farm.
INMOST
This one's a really striking puzzle platformer which tells the interconnected tale of three distinct characters across two separate worlds. One section might see you assume the role of a Knight sworn to the forces of evil, while the next will require that you stealthily traverse your surroundings as a young girl. You'll explore every nook and cranny of a sprawling, creature-filled castle, gradually uncovering more of these characters' tragic tales as you go.
"Frank West began to go down after Kenneth's death. He wasn't strong and it was a shock to him, because he was real fond of the child, though, as I've said, Leslie was his favorite. He got mopy and melancholy, and couldn't or wouldn't work. And one day, when Leslie was fourteen years of age, he hanged himself--and in the parlor, too, mind you, Anne, right in the middle of the parlor from the lamp hook in the ceiling. Wasn't that like a man? It was the anniversary of his wedding day, too. Nice, tasty time to pick for it, wasn't it? And, of course, that poor Leslie had to be the one to find him. She went into the parlor that morning, singing, with some fresh flowers for the vases, and there she saw her father hanging from the ceiling, his face as black as a coal. It was something awful, believe ME!"
Takeover master"So Mrs. Dick Moore isn't one of the race that knows Joseph?" said Gilbert teasingly.

The New Nintendo 3DS and New Nintendo 3DS XL will be available on February 13th.

A price was not announced for Europe but it'll be selling for $199 in the US.

The New Nintendo 3DS will be available in black and white, while you can get the 3DS XL in metallic blue and metallic black.

Both handheld consoles have a new C-button that allow for dual analogue control (acting like a right analogue stick on a gamepad).

They also have more stable 3D due to new head-tracking technology, a better CPU for faster downloads and smoother gameplay, and Amiibo support through NFC (near-field communication).

Micro Breaker is a modern take on the Breakout style games where you control a paddle at the bottom of the screen and have to destroy all the blocks by bouncing a ball into them, whilst ensuring the ball itself doesn't slip past you. This modern spin on that idea will be available for iOS on November 13th.

The first major difference you'll notice when perusing the screenshots available for Micro Breaker is that it's going to be 3D. On top of that, it's also going to have realistic physics, which means that if you manage to knock down a fairly integral part of a stack of blocks, they'll all come tumbling down.

You'll also be doing a little more than simply bouncing a ball into a pile of brick. You'll also be able to grab yourself one of over 50 power-ups that include multi-ball, lasers and the usual being able to increase the size of your paddle. It's certainly nothing new to this type of game but with its neon-blocky graphics, these power-ups do make Micro Breaker look very stylish.

The developer says there will also be several other variables throughout the games 130 levels. This appears to take the form of structures that can actually move, thus making them harder to hit. There are boss-type enemies that have unbreakable blocks to protect their more vulnerable parts. This will mean you'll have to get your angles and timing spot on to bring them down.

Micro Breaker can also be played in either portrait or landscape, which is always good to hear. Extra choices for how you can play a game are never a bad thing in my book. There will also be an Augmented Reality mode too if you want to smash 3D bricks in your living room or on a train.

Micro Breaker will be available on the App Store on November 13th. It will be a free-to-play game with in-app purchases.
Check out our news section to discover the latest, and greatest, games.
Update on June 30 at 09:37: The Slaughter: Act One has now been released on iOS. You'll find it here for £2.99.
The Slaughter: Act One is a Victorian adventure game that harkens back to the good old days of the point & click genre. There's no voice over and everything is all pixely, just how you like it.

It takes place in London, where a serial killer is roaming the streets and it's up to you to find him. It all gets surreal and, true to its Twin Peaks inspiration, dreams and reality collides. If you're a fan of mysterious stories filled with twists and turns, you should really look forward to it.
US Bus Simulator Driving Game Mod Real Bus Simulator Driving Games New Free 2021 v 2.17 Mod Features:Enter the game to give a lot of moneyGamers DEN is proud to present you the new modern bus simulator game. For feasts of love I have been called unto,
"Well, at last everything was ready--even to the logs in the big fireplace ready for lighting. 'Twasn't exactly THIS fireplace, though 'twas in the same place. Miss Elizabeth had this put in when she made the house over fifteen years ago. It was a big, old-fashioned fireplace where you could have roasted an ox. Many's the time I've sat here and spun yarns, same's I'm doing tonight."

A plaintful story from a sist'ring vale,
Sony president Shuhei Yoshida talked to GameSpot's Kinda Funny at E3 last week and confirmed that another Gravity Rush game is on the way. However, it's probably not for PS Vita.

We first wrote about a follow-up to the fantastic PS Vita-exclusive Gravity Rush in 2012 but it wasn't officially confirmed by Sony until Tokyo Game Show 2013 where it was teased.

Since then, word on the project has been non-existent. It has become very hush-hush.

Yoshida revealed to Kinda Funny the reason for that at 28:30 in this video: "That's another project we are waiting to unveil at the right time," he said. He also added that he's been playing it for sometime.

The question Yoshida was asked if this second Gravity Rush project was for the PlayStation 4 but he didn't answer that.

It does, however, seem likely that it will be heading to that console. But as to whether it will be coming to the PS Vita? Well, that seems unlikely.

Just last week, Yoshida spoke to IGN and said that there probably won't be any other big first-party games for PS Vita in the future.

"To be honest, I wouldn't say we will have big AAA Vita games from first party," he said exactly.

Considering that this Gravity Rush follow-up would qualify as that, and Yoshida clearly knows about it, one can assume that it won't be heading to PS Vita.

And if you want further convincing that that's the case just look at the lack of attention Sony gave to the PS Vita during E3 last week.

There are plenty of games heading to the PS Vita from other studios but hardly any got even a mention by Sony at the show.
PushSquare
